jiSECURE Warranty Policy

1. Warranty Coverage Period
All jiSECURE products come with a 12-month limited warranty, effective from the date of purchase as stated on the original purchase invoice. A valid invoice is required to avail of warranty services.

• Use with unstable or incompatible power sources
This warranty also excludes any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption.
4. How to Request Warranty Service

3. Submit a clear description of the issue, including any relevant details

5. Product Inspection, Repair & Replacement
• The product must be returned to jiSECURE for inspection and verification.
• Upon evaluation, jiSECURE will determine whether the issue is covered under this warranty.
• If approved, the product will be repaired or replaced and returned to the customer in accordance with warranty terms.
Repair or replacement decisions are final and made at jiSECURE’s discretion.
6. General Terms & Limitations
• This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
• Repaired or replaced products do not extend or restart the original warranty period.
