1. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:
- The product or service was purchased directly from jiSecure.
- A valid proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is provided.
- The refund request is made within 7 to 30 days of purchase, depending on the product/service type.
- The product is returned in its original condition and packaging (if applicable).
2. Non-Refundable Items
We do not offer refunds on:
- Custom-built or specially configured systems.
- Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or unauthorized modifications.
- Subscription fees are charged after the billing cycle has started.
3. Hardware Products
- Refund requests must be made within 15 to 30 days of delivery.
- The product must be unused and in its original condition.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to a defect or shipping error.
4. Software & Digital Products
- Refunds for software or licenses are available only if the product is proven to be defective or not functioning as described.
- Requests must be made within 7 days of purchase or activation.
